If you would like to attend the Day Centre, either as a change or for company for yourself or to give your carer some time off, there are several ways to be referred to us. 
Either ring the Day Centre directly for further advice on how to apply or ask your health visitor, doctor, neighbour or friend to contact Care Direct for you.
Whichever way the referral comes, it is Care Direct that have the last say as to whether you can attend.
Whilst our age limits are usually 65 and over, every referral is considered on need and we have had several younger clients.
